Need Help to recover my smart wallet

I am trying to find a Custumer support email or phone from Looping team. My wallet is lost due to my damaged mobile phone. The recovery process is asking for a fee , but it does not move on “lack of fund?” even this is not true. as there were funds in L1 and L2.

Regarding your issue, you will need to send or make sure you have enough ETH in your L1 wallet to proceed with a wallet recovery. This is because the transaction is a L1 transaction and requires gas on the Ethereum network to process.
